Brief Description:  Replace HS714, HS710 and HS00005 R&L

After thinking about the hole clearance and deep countersinks, I decided (with Van's help) to replace these four parts. I practiced on countersinking while waiting for the parts. Finally have it dialed in to have the rivet .007" below the surface. This is supposed to give the right dimple space.

I spent most of today trying to figure out how to avoid drilling the HS00005 top holes too close to the edge again. If it does happen, I'll just make doubler plates and move on. When I originally drilled these holes, I had not trimmed the forward spar HS702 yet, so the spar and the flange from HS00005 were fighting for space. Since I have a new HS710 (top reinforcement) and a new HS00005, I will drill the new hole where it is needed. If it creates figure eights on the "internal" parts, I will fill them with jbweld, redrill, and move on with the construction. Since the "external" parts are new, the rivet will have solid places to hold.

I got all of the holes redrilled on the left HS00005 except the top/bottom troublesome holes. I also, reshaped, drilled, countersunk, and bent HS710 and 714.
