Dad came up and helped me finish both Ailerons. We went to Harbor Freight and Home Depot first to look for a thin walled socket for these brackets (didn't find one). Also, bought a pneumatic rivet puller. WOWZER, so easy to use and really good end result! Used it to pull all the rivets for the Counterweights and bottom Skins to Spar rivets. One little dent from on the bottom of the right Aileron, outboard Main Rib. It was almost impossible to get anthing under the rivet to buck it. Finally got it set, but the dent was the price....
So hard to tighten the nuts/bolts on the two brackets on each Aileron. Still not sure how to torque them. A socket doesnt fit in there and a wrench won't turn more than about 1/8 turn each turn.
Haven't torqued them but snugged them up and put the Ailerons in storage!
