Brief Description: Prepped, Primed, and Dimpled all Aileron Parts
Prepped, Primed, and Dimpled ALLLLLL aileron parts. Have two extra #30 holes in on the outer most holes on the bottom Spar, Skin, and Ribs. Forgot to drill the #40 to #30 holes on the bottom of all the parts, so did it after priming and went a little too far with these two holes. Otherwise, long but productive day.
Still need to dimple the forward skin into the Counterweight Pipe. Only primed the contact surfaces of the rear skins. Dimpling was TOUGH on the inner most holes of these skins... Managed to do it without damage. PHEW.
