Finished the match drilling on the Right Aileron. Ready for dimpling, edge forming, and priming. Countersunk both Aileron Counterweight Pipes using a bit on the drill press. Went a little deep, but looks good otherwise. Ran a rod in and out of each pipe to knock down some of the internal burrs. The 1/8" long bits worked better on the nose ribs this time. Little to no walking. All edges smoothed and holes deburred. Didn't use a bit on the tough to get to internal holes. Just ran a cloth hard against them. I'll prep them with Scothbrite before priming and dimpling. Should do the trick just fine....
