Brief Description: Left Fuel Tank - Install covers
Installed with Proseal and Socket Head Cap screws both access plates on left fuel tank. DON'T USE BUTTON HEAD SOCKET SCREWS! The Allen key is too small to put any torque into it, so they don't fully thread into the nutplate. AND they are expensive. Live and learn. Also, one screw wouldn't start, so I bought a 8-32 tap and "gently" ran it through the plate into the nutplate. I think the first thread was fouled, so this is all it took to get the screw started and installed.
Took LOTS of pictures in the tank before adding these covers. The fillet bead seams consistent where I could see it, which was the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and last bays.
Deburred the W-423 joining plate in prep for priming and nutplate installation.
