Brief Description: Left Fuel Tank - Rib Fillets, Rivet Heads, Fuel Ca
Touched up Left Fuel Tank Stiffeners and Drain with Proseal. Added a better fillet to the stiffeners and made sure all the rivet shop heads were covered well.
Drilled out 3 rivets on Fuel Cap. Made a new Vent Hanger. Riveted and sealed all four rivets.
Installed nutplates on Fuel Pickup Access Cover. Installed fuel pickup onto access plate with Proseal. The Phillips heads were TOUGH to screw in. Now I know why other builders switch to socket head cap screws. I haven't covered the heads yet, so still might do it....
Clecoed in Rib 1 and 2. After proseal is cured a little, I'll drill the Anti-Hangup to the #2 Rib.
Finished dimpling the Left Wing Main Ribs.
Installed -6 Rivet into outboard End Rib Aft Hole with Proseal. No issues.
