Cleaned up the hole I trimmed yesterday in the spar and rehung the control assembly. Managed to get the minimum 15 degrees of down control throw out of the ailerons. The right side has plenty of travel with room for adjustment. The left side pushrod is about 1/4 inch to long to allow for adjusment. By turning the rod ends on the big pushrod all the way in I was able to get the stick vertical and still get the minimum travel on the left side. Still need to fabricate the aileron stops. I also fabricated, drillled, and clecoed in place the rudder stops. They give 32 degrees of travel in both directions.
