Brief Description: Baffle fitting/oil cooler mount
Continued working on the baffle fitting where I left off yesterday. Trimmed a couple of high spots that I found and then used the paperclip method to set the desired clearance between the top of the baffle and the cowling. After I got the clearance correct I moved ahead with fabricating a mount for the oil cooler. What I came up with creates a plenum that allows the oil cooler to mount approx. an inch and an eighth lower so that it fits inside the cowling now. Very pleased with the new mount design. Deburred and cleaned up the edges of all of the baffle parts. Installed the carb heat intake on the back right baffle piece and drilled the hoels for the magneto cooling ducts.
