Dilled the holes above and below the aft flange of HS-00006 that are common to the HS-00003, HS-702, HS-810-1 or HS-814-1. My edge distance was pretty close on the top hole, be careful when you lay these out and drill them. I'll know for sure after I disassemble this half of the HS.
I reinstalled HS-0005 lined everything up, clamped it in place and match drilled all four holes in front throiugh the front flange. Clecoed those holes and match drilled HS-0005 to the skin.
Match/Final drilled all of the remaining holes on the bottom side. My arm was getting pretty sure from working the cleco so I stopped there. I'll tackle the top side tomorrow.
