Went to Sherwin Williams commercial store in Bellingham and met Ted there. We discussed paint for a while with the salsewoman and between ourselves. Settled on no primer over the polybrush, and I got a quart of primer to test for the fuselage instead of polybrush. Tested both on strips today with a foam brush. Both went on fairly well but will need several coats to get the weave completely filled and block the uv rays. The dark picture is the back side with the sun hitting it. Two coats were all that I applied crossing the brush strokes. Looks promising. I started to make the paint booth in the shop too. Won't be a real paint booth, but should help keep the paint in and the dust out. Left the heater and door uncovered.
