Heat smoothed the horizontal stab a bit and then went to work on the elevator and rudder. I decided to put some superfil in the lightening holes on the bottom of the rudder to keep water from collecting in there since the balsa wood on the bottom covers it. While covering the tail I made some doilies for the inspection rings on the wings that I didn't do yet. I also made the doilie for the gas cap fitting. Nice weather so I had the door open and Joe and a my neighbor came by to check on progress. Even with the door open I need the respirator.
