Bled the brakes again with Ted's help and a great tool made by Joe. Took a little while, but worked great. You can see the bubbles in the clear lines with the pink fluid easily. Installed the flaperons minus the control horns a didn't rivet the hinges in yet. Will do that tomorrow with the pneumatic riveter. Filled the oil tank and then went through the Rotax procedure to get the air out of the oil system in the engine. Used a compressor with 10psi and had to take out the plugs on the top of each cylinder. Then took off the rocker valve covers and checked the rocker arms for movement. None observed so they were reinstalled and the engine is ready to run. Spent a while cutting and sanding the front of the turtle deck to fit up against the rear spar and wing. It is still covered by protective film and will be slightly tited when uncovered. All the windows are covered in one film or another for protection. Big day.
