Brief Description: Wire Clean up, Seats, Bag Compartment
Spent a lot of time cleaning up the wiring all over the fuselage. Lots of tie string and zip ties. Still more to do, but mostly done. Installed the seats and the floorboards, but will have to take out at least two of the back floor boards to get to the control tubes and rod ends to finish rigging and torque them. Put one of the velcro covers on the wires and fuel lines coming down the left structural member coming down from the rear spar area. It looks good. The seats were put in to give me something to sit on when I bleed the brakes. Got all the pieces together and used a temporary wire clamp to hold the rudder cables and the rudder pedals where they will be. Need to swage them tomorrow and the flight controls will be mostly done except for the flaperons. Had a new Kitfox builder waiting for his kit come by and talk Kitfox. It was nice to see the enthusiasm.
