More measuring, cutting, sewing and refitting of the baggage compartment. The basic design is not too hard, but the specifics are difficult to work out. Since it is my own design, modeled loosely after one I have seen from Kitfox, I am putting a lot of time into getting it right. Buying theirs would probably have been the way to go.
