Cut out the NACA vent hole for the radiator in the bottom of the cowling and sanded it down with the dremmel. Cut two pieces of fiberglass from another piece and glued them to the lip to strengthen it. Cut out and sanded to shape the cowl bump holes then glued the cowl bumps to the cowling. Cut out the hole for the prop manual adjustment switch in the panel. Mixed up some Superfil and smothed out the inlet and covered the cleco holes.
