I finished heat smoothing the right wing just before lunch and got the horizontal stab down and used the scotch brite to rough up the surfaces where the covering will go. I then put two coats of polybrush on it and the backing plates that go over the stab mounting strut attachments I also melted drain holes in each wing bay and glued on seaplane grommets to keep the splash out and let the water drain if any gets in the wing. After lunch I got down the remains of the wing covering and started on the horizontal stab. Went pretty quickly and I managed to cover the whole thing and heat shrink it. Looks good.
