Drilled and deburrd the door latch holes in the door frame, and assembled and installed the door latches. Cut the hinges and backing plates from the single aluminum hinge material as shown. Sanded and filed the edges smooth and round. Drilled all the holes in the hinges and backing plates as well as the door gas spring mount. Layed out cardboard in the cargo hold to check the measurement and fit for cargo build soon.
