Drilled second holes in butt rib attach brackets, then deburred and painted with epoxy appliance paint. Drilled holes in butt ribs, and deburred all holes. Cleaned fuel tanks with acetone and gasoline. Pressure really builds quick while cleaning. Vents all over everything, including me, through tape.
