First step is to cut the windshield width. Also bent the fuselage sides to match curve. Drilled the windshield and cleco'd it. Drilling the bow is tricky, so I made a quick jig to ensure that the drill was centered on the bow, and at 90 degrees to the windshield. Worked well.
