The flywheel was a bit of a challenge. It took me awhile to figure out that it only goes on in one way -- you have to keep rotating it until the pins finally line up. That fact is not noted in the manual until a few pages later. Even then, mine did not want to slide on. I had to slightly file all of the dowel pin holes in order to get clearance to mate with the pins on the crankshaft.
