Brief Description: Vertical stabilizer - cont'd

Trimmed the elevator horn to allow full up elevator against the elevator stop. Trimmed the rudder horn to better strike the stop plates. Fitted the lower rudder hinge. Pilot drilled the elevator push rod coupler.
