The canopy is due to be relatively draft free owing the seals around the skirt. Although, the advice given says that the RV-8 windscreen does not mist up. It seemed prudent to vent avionics’ heat onto the screen with a brushless fan which comes on with the avionics’ Master Switch. This fan is a computer one from RS Components.
