The instrument panel and avionics were installed after a huge amount of work, in the main without too many issues. Gary, Jason and Jeff at Aerotronics did a great job in producing a panel with wires attached but without any plugs asked for: any queries were answered most promptly. The two consoles, fuel on the left and Oxygen on the right are finished barring the painting and placarding. A few remaining plugs for servos, trims, lights etc., are yet to be done along with wiring forward of the firewall. The main issue outstanding is a Hirth and bonding check which will be done once the battery is connected. The Garmin instructions which are most detailed call for this; and with Oxygen being installed this is sensible.
