Brief Description: Alignment of Elevator to H. Stabiliser
After much messing about trying to align the Elevator with the H. Stabiliser (correct spelling not the incorrect US version) a small jig was made to ensure the rod and bearing was the correct length DWG 5 detail D. This jig when set on the Rod End Bearing checked that each Rod End was set in the spar the same depth. The Avery device (White Plastic device) makes screwing in the Rod End easy without scratching it.
