Brief Description: Closing off the fiberglass tips
A double sided laminate of 1/4 foam is let into the tips. Two laminates are used on both sides. A resin glue is made using polyester resin, Cabsol and milled fibres for attaching the laminate. The process copies a Glasair procedure for closing off their tips. The outside surface was coated with a gel coat to give a smooth finish.
