Build a jig for Setting Wing Incidence Angle and use as per Vans instructions (not easy to make a very precise measurement), wing came out perfect within 0.1 degree. 5. Drop Plump Bobs on both wings inboard and outboard to ensure the wing is straight as Vans instructions.
the Set-up came out without any real alteration to within 0.1 degrees for all measurements.
6. Take an Avery Drill Guide with the appropriate bushing and the drill hole in the spar is straightforward. Step drill the hole and ream it then find the two bolts that have been misplaced.
