Brief Description:  Wings mating with the Fuselage

The machined bolts were essential in lining the holes up before putting in the pristine bolts straight out of the freezer. Only two port bolts proved a nervous struggle. My thanks go to the hammer gun and its nylon ended punch. The starboard wing took about an hour and half in total and the port wing the rest of the day owing to the two bellicose bolts and a nervous builder. Goodness knows what happens if a bolt gets stuck. Access to the bolts was difficult and I suffered bruised ribs and probably a stress fracture of two ribs from leaning on the canopy rails; I’ve broken them before with the kind help of a horse, the ribs took about a month to heal and slowed up the build considerably.
