All was not straight forward; the rivets were all bending and the Spring Mount didn’t fit when F-811 and F-812 bulkheads were partially riveted. F-811 was unriveted the flanges re bent to align more precisely with the rivet holes in the aft bottom skin. The Spring Mount was installed followed by the F-811 bulkhead. This meant that the F-811 bulkhead aft rivets were going to be most difficult to set; so Cherrymax Rivets CR3212-4-3 were used. The forward rivets of the F-811 were changes to AN426AD4-5 to match the Cherrymax 4 rivet; these were clipped to approximately 4.5. Finally, the bolts were carefully torqued.
