The aim was to build the Fuselage up completely; all the parts were drilled and deburred priot to being assembled. The drilling of all the parts instead of matched drilling seems to ensure better accuracy and easier cleocing.
Once the whole fuselage is fully assembled it was taken apart for finishing either by Alocroming and primer or by anodizing.
