Brief Description:  Right Wing TE final details

After the Right Wing was put in the wing cradle a small wrinkle was found in the TE. Just another slight problem to be fixed; no rush and plenty of time a many cups of tea will probably solve it.

The trailing edge of the Wing Walk Doubler W-72 did not stick to the underside of the top skin, indeed there was an unsightly gap. After discussing this with my inspector, the two surfaces were stuck together using a Click Bond adhesive CB 359-50.

The five rivets on the inboard end of the rear spar seem impossible to set owing to the proximity of the spar. A bespoke bucking bar or pop rivets are a possible solution. The rivets were perfectly set after grinding down a pneumatic squeezer yoke.
