The Bellcrank was assembled to the Right Wing. Nothing torqued yet - just snugged up. With everything in place, the Aileron was clamped at the neutral position using the Aileron Alighnment Tool made at the beginning of Wing construction. The short Pushrod was adjusted to the correct length. There is a W-930 Bellcrank-Pushrod Adjustment Jib that had to be in place temporarily during this adjustment. The Pushrod Jam Nuts were torqued and Torque-Seal was applied. Spacers of varying lengths had to be made from aluminum tube stock.
