Brief Description:  Wing Wire Harnesses

No building work over the past few days. I did spend some time ordering a few things and researching Panel Design, Electrical Items and even Upholstery. Yesterday I received the MSP-42 Cherry Rivets needed to complete the Aileron Bellcrank Pushrods. Those Pushrods are now completed. Also, I now have enough Tefzel wire in the appropriate gauges to start assembling the long 9-conductor cables which will run through the Wings. The Harnesses are needed to power the Aero Ziptips which I haven't yet ordered. The Ziptips replace the Van's provided Fiberglass Wing Tips and provide Nav Lights, Strobes, Wig-Wag Function, Taxi and Landing Lights. The Cables were made then run throught Protective Wire Wrap... which was run through 3/4 Snap Bushings in each of the 15 Wing Ribs. The cables were made long enough to have extra length extending into the Fuselage and about 12" on the outboard end. A dab of silicone sealer was applied where the cable passes through eauc bushing to minimize movement.
