Brief Description: Right Flap - Left Wing - Left Flap
The Bottom Skin of the Right Flap was riveted on with MK319-BS blind rivets. The Trailing Edge was riveted by using a backriveting set on a steel backriveting plate. The assembly was flipped over and the manufacted heads of those rivets were further set with a mushroom set. The Skins were completed by riveting to the End Ribs. The Right Flap is now finished. It looks good with a very straight Trailing Edge. Ishan came over at about 1:00pm and was able to work for 90 minutes. He put the rest of the rivets in the remaining holes and taped them over in prep for riveting. We will rivet those at the next opportunity. In the meaantime, I disassembled the Left Flap. The blue plastic was removed in prep for deburring, dimpling, etc.
