The AEX wedge (Image 1) must be countersunk on both sides to fiy into the Trainling Edge of the Aileron where the Top and Bottom skins meet. It's time to final assemble the Left Aileron. Lots of Riveting with the bucking bar, some rivet squeezing and a special back-riveting technique for the Trailing Edge, which needs to be riveted in a two step process. The Aileron was not easy to keep straight and aligned but it turned out very nice and straight.
