Deburring and straightening parts with fluting tool. The pictures shown are parts that Van's sent which already had fluting and some dimpling toward the trailing edge. I called to ask about these parts and was told that Van's is doing the trailing edge dimpling because it is very difficult for the builder to do properly in that restricted area. Judging by the tool marks on the pieces, the dimpling was done while the pieces were flat, before bending. I don't understand why every space was fluted. It was over-fluted and I had to correct (unflute?) to make the pieces flat and true. Trip to Home Depot to buy a small bench vise and some Dremel abrasive buff wheels.
