I made a simple jig to hold the AEX Wedge at the correct angle for countersinking on the drill press platen. The AEX Wdges get countersinks on both sides as required in riveting the Traing Edge of the Flap. The Right Flap Spar was also countersunk and the Top, Bottom and Nose Skins were dimpled.
