All four Aileron Bracket Assemblies were riveted. Six W-925B Angles were cut from angle stock four of the six W925B Angles were cut from the same stock. Van's supplied a 36" length of this stock and I needed about 42" to make all 12 brackets. There are two additional lengths of the same material each 12 feet long. I don't know if I can cut into those pieces without making one short for a future requirement. Have to call Van's. All six of the W925A Flap Hinge Brackets were deburred mostly on the scotchbrite wheel.
