I riveted the three platenuts to the R Main Spar to which the 7th (Most Inboard) Tank Attach bracket gets bolted. Not easy... two of the rivets are very close to the Main Spar Stiffener (Van's calls this stiffener the 'Spar Bar'). A 5" hole had to be cut for the Fuel Tank Access Ring and Plate. The Fly Cutter shown in Pic 2 made a really nice clean hole in the Rib. Finished the remaining work on the Tank Access Ring and Plate and both Fuel Sender Mounts for both Fuel Tanks including 2 Cork Gaskets that go between the Ring and the Cover Plate.
