The tip (Image 1) on top of the Vertical Stab will be a fixed position tip. I roughly trimmed back the VS Tip so I could test the positions of the VS Tip and the Rudder Tip. The tip on top of the Rudder swings past the VS Tip.. Both parts will have to be trimmed and shaped to insure that there is adequate swing clearance and that they appear smoothly shaped and aerodynamic. I haven't mixed my first drop of resin and hardener... but I'm starting to think that fiberglass work might be fun.
