Back from Vacation. Back to Work!! The rudder is completely assembled. The counterbalance weight is installed in the housing shown in Image 1 (Top Right). Sorry, forgot to photograph that during assembly. All that is left to do is to seal and rivet the trailing edge and roll and rivet the leading edge.
