Countersink several #30 holes in the spars and spar joiners per instructions. Dimpled all HS main and nose ribs with pneumatic squeezer. I noticed that the adjustable ram would rotate very slightly with each actuation causing the depth of the resultant dimple to slowly change. I installed a piece of spring steel wire to put pressure on the flat part of the ram shaft. It effectively corrects any rotation of the ram and now that dimples are uniform. I will look into this further just in case I'm missing something stupid.
