Brief Description:  More Deburring / Fluting

I made a mount for the bench vise that is lag bolted to a corner of the work bench (to avoid drilling into the top surface). It can be easily removed if needed.
More fluting and Deburring.
After a lot of torturous (and tortuous) dicussion on the FaceBook Van's Builders Group, I decided to prepare all parts (fabricating, deburring, fluting, etc) followed Alumiprep33 cleaning followed by Alodine 1201 (surface conversion). This is an effort to minimize the time to set up and clean up the chemical prep processes. I understand that priming is not needed if an Alodine 1201 treatment is done. After reading the MSDSs for these chemicals, I decided it might be wise to gather the proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to deal with dangerous chemicals. A real pain in the ass... but I want to be safe and do a great job.
Trip to Home Depot to buy some plastic roof gutter and ends to construct an elongated trough to immerse the parts for cleaning and surface treating (For Longer Pieces).
