I assembled all the aileron parts to check for twist and final drilled the leading edges to the spar. I disassembled all the parts and deburred then dimpled. When you are dimpling the skins for the stiffeners, don't dimple the leading edge or trailing edges just yet. Also don't make the mistake of dimpling the wrong side of a skin. It's really easy to do on the ailerons. I had to order a new lower left skin.
