An important detail in attaching this double is to dimple aft. This is crucial since you don't want interference between the mounting bracket on the fuselage and the spar. The mouting bracket will sit flush on the aft side of the spar.
I used the Cleveland substructure dies on the VS-01401 doubler and the regular 1/32 dimple set on VS-702. As you can see, the parts nest within each other very well even when not clecoed together.
I will be scuffing all of the parts with a dremel occillating tool and prepping for Akzo Nobel primer. All the parts will be assembled first with clecos, then taken apart and primered before final assembly.
