I used two of Cleveland tools to countersink my trailing edge. The jig to hold the trailing edge flat to countersink 90 degrees and the single flute countersink. The two systems together made precise and easy work on the drill press.
I also setup my 90 degre angle aluminum to keep the rudder trailing edge straight for the 3M tape.
