The pitot tube mounting bracket was going to contact the wing spar right at the edge of the bottom cap strip. So I made a "Z" bracket using 2 pieces of 1 1/2" aluminum angle and bolted the bracket to the spar. I also ran the tubing for the pitot and static. This pitot tube is a combination pitot/static. I think it looks pretty slick. I'll seal around the hole in the leading edge after final installation. For now I've removed it to prevent damage.
