AviPro sends all of the sheet metal for the boot cowl with the kit. The pieces are cut slightly oversize so they can be trimmed to fit the airplane. The first thing I did was to make a posterboard template to match the sheet aluminum side panels. Then I trimmed and fit the posterboard templates to fit the airplane. Then I laid the templates over the sheet aluminum pieces and marked and cut them to fit the airplane. There wasn't much trimming required as the factory had the pieces pretty close to start with.
