The skins were made for the front door. I'm using .032 for the front doors as well as the rear and cargo door. The top of the door has a brake in it and I'll probably add a stainless scuff plate there as an arm rest. The Bearhawk can be flown with the window open which is a pretty nice feature in the summer time. Picture #3 shows the mouse door. This will be installed with a piano hinge and allows the door to open further without interderence from the wing strut.
