Today I spent a considerable amount of time fooling around with the exhaust tunnel. There is an aluminum former that screws to the floorboards about 18" aft of the firewall that the rear of the exhaust tunnel attaches to. The meeting of these two pieces just doesn't work out correctly. There is also an issue where the tunnel is a bit taller on the right side than the firewall cut out. I spent hours looking and scratching my head and reading the manual over and over and looking at pictures on other builders websites. After a couple of e-mails to AviPro they had me take some measurements from a few different places and they're looking into weather one of the parts may have been made incorrectly.
