Picture #1 shows the skin stiffener that's too long. The black line is where I'll make the cut. Pic 2 is after the cut. and with the rib in the proper location. I spent a couple of hours messing with the trailing edge skins. I think I have it just about where I want it. I need to lay the flap and aileron on the table to verify that the gap between the skin, flap, and aileron will be correct. You have an option of moving the skin more inboard or outboard. I'll wait until after Sun N Fun to drill the skin as I want to see some other Bearhawks and see how they did theirs.
